After twenty years as an Air Force pilot and another five years in Air Force leadership development, Megan Allison serves as the Managing Director of Designing Leadership, LLC.  Megan took the leadership lessons she's learned from command and beyond to help others grow in their own leadership styles.  

Known for her team-building skills, Megan is effective and efficient. She has an ability to make others feel at ease while dealing with tough issues.

Megan received a Bachelors of Science from the University of Virginia and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska. An attendee of Stanford's d.School Teaching and Learning Studio, she hosts Design Thinking Workshops.  She is also certified in Myers Briggs Typology Indicator and Emotional Intelligence, Type I and II.  She has completed her coaching certification through University of San Diego and offers executive coaching sessions as well.
